How Can We Help You Thrive?

Therapeutic Massage Therapy

Massage therapy helps to alleviate soft tissue pain and discomfort associated with chronic pain, muscle overuse and occupational stresses.

Manual Osteopathy

Osteopathy looks at the relationship between the alignment of structure and function in the body. Osteopathic Manual Practitioners look at the body in its entirety, when in harmony is capable of self-healing and self-regulating.

Registered Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural holistic therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet (and hands) that correspond to every organ, gland, and part of the body. The goal of reflexology is to support your body’s attempt to rest and restore.

 Massage Therapy & Treatment Options

Therapeutic Massage Therapy

Therapeutic Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health. Massage Therapy is widely recognized as an effective treatment for many conditions as well as preventative health care and stress management. Massage therapy helps to alleviate soft tissue pain and discomfort associated with chronic pain, muscle overuse and occupational stresses. All of our therapists are Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Whether it is deep therapeutic massage for chronic pain management, a specific treatment modality for an injury or simply relaxation for stress management, we are here to help you feel better!

Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Hot Stone Massage Therapy is the application of heated hot basalt stones during your Massage Therapy treatment. The heat from the hot stones permeates the tissue further and deeper than a manual massage, and is extremely beneficial to those who have specific muscle pain and tension. The Registered Massage Therapist uses the hot stones in addition to manual therapy. Our Massage Therapist is certified in Hot Stone Massage Therapy applications.

Pregnancy Massage Therapy

Our facility has a pregnancy support cushion specifically designed for a pregnant woman’s body shape, to make her massage more comfortable and relaxing. Our Registered Massage Therapist is certified in Pregnancy Massage, which is Therapeutic Massage Therapy for an expectant mother.

Herbal Thai Stem Massage

Our Herbal Stem Massage consists of a Swedish Massage enhanced with the usage of a hot bundle of herbs wrapped in canvas cloth and tied with string. Each bundle is Imported directly from Thailand. Our hot compress ingredients include ginger, lemongrass, camphor, eucalyptus and Tiger balm. These herbal bundles include ginger, cinnamon, orange and eucalyptus. This form of Thai Massage blends the profound benefits of heat, aroma, herbs and compression. This steaming, hot compress is pressed onto muscles and joints. The heat penetrates the pores simulating blood flow, which results in rapid rebuilding and nourishment of body tissues. Our Registered Massage Therapists uses the hot stem as a tool during the treatment, and all therapists are certified in hot stem massage.

 Massage Therapy with Cupping

Cupping Therapy is the application of silicone suction cups during your Massage Therapy treatment. Cupping Therapy uses negative pressure (suction), rather than manual tissue compression to treat both superficial and deep tissues. Cupping is a safe and effective alternative therapy used alongside manual therapy to decrease fascial restrictions, increase blood flow to an area, increase range of motion, decrease muscle tension, and decrease pain. Our Massage Therapists are certified in Cupping Therapy applications.
